PHF believe in youth empowerment because 70% of population is youth .Which is the future of this country. After covid 19 many people become jobless and unemployment has increased. So PHF has stated to motivate youth for entrepreneurship and give the slogan;

‘Be Your Own Boss’

In this regard, PHF has signed an MOU with Meesaq International and Social Enterprises-MISE for a training program with Master Card and MERA MAAN a national training firm. Under this training program PHF got registered about 90 entrepreneurs and equipped them with complete business development training along with digitalization in business with financial management and entrepreneurial leadership. Through this training the participants of this training program are now improving their businesses. The best thing in program is that 50% of participants are girl Entrepreneurs who runs their own businesses.
